A page on this site names my domain and I think it is wrong. What do I do?
Write to us using the form above, with the first reason in the list. Tell us which page and what is inaccurate. A person reads it, re-runs the analysis, and if a signal was wrong or has since changed, the page is corrected and the score recomputed. If the finding stands we will tell you which signals it rests on so you can see what we saw.
Will you remove a page about my site if I ask?
Not on request alone, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. What we will do is check every signal behind it against the evidence you send, correct anything we got wrong, and re-run the scan once the underlying problem is fixed. A page that no longer reflects the site does not stay up.
How quickly will somebody answer?
Our team reads incoming messages and prioritizes security disclosures. Response times depend on the issue and the information needed to investigate it.
Can I get access to the API, or a data partnership?
Yes. Pick the API access or data partnership reason on the form and tell us what you are building and roughly what volume you expect. Access is granted case by case rather than through a signup page.
