Understanding the NSSC warnings
The Nova Scotia Securities Commission publishes Investor Cautions about entities that do not appear registered to offer securities or derivatives in Nova Scotia, or offers that do not appear to comply with securities law.

Some cautions explicitly distinguish the warned website from a legitimate business with a similar name. Read the official block before drawing a conclusion about another entity.

The NSSC states that its caution list is non-exhaustive and that investors should still research an opportunity independently.
