The list

What being on it
actually means.

How to read the AFM warnings, what our collection covers, and where to check a firm. Explained by Snyfer using the official sources below.

Understanding the AFM warnings

The Dutch AFM publishes warnings about named firms and websites. Some entries identify a clone of another business. Open the individual warning to see exactly which name and website it concerns.

The Dutch warning list

This page follows the AFM in the Netherlands. Its original warnings are published in Dutch.

Clone warnings

An entry marked as a clone concerns an impersonation. Compare the website and contact details, not just the company name.

Check the permission

Use the AFM register to check the firm and the activities it is authorised to carry out.

From an official warning to a Snyfer analysis

Use the archive to open the original notice and the domain's Snyfer page. Where scan results and network matches are available, they add technical context. Those matches are Snyfer's analysis; they are not additional findings attributed to AFM.

The numbers

What the archive
shows.

  • Snyfer currently tracks 387 notices published by AFM_NL.
  • Those notices name 404 distinct domains, an average of 1.0 per notice.
  • June 2026 was the busiest month, with 27 notices.
  • Over the last year that is about 16 warnings a month, counting one per domain named.
  • 0.7 percent of the domains AFM_NL has named are grouped under Veltrix Markets.
  • 2 groups were still being flagged in the three months to Sep 4, 2026.
  • The most recent notice we hold from AFM_NL is dated Sep 4, 2026. We log notices as they are published and do not track removals, so this archive is a record of what was filed, not of what is listed today.

Clusters

Names that travel
together.

Domains AFM has named that share technical traits with one another. A regulator names firms one at a time; the infrastructure they share is ours to see.

Grouped by shared technical traits. That is a lead, not a verdict: shared hosting, common templates and reused libraries also tie together large numbers of unrelated sites. Check each domain on its own report before drawing a conclusion about it.

Every row links to AFM's own published notice, so nothing here has to be taken on our word.
